INFORMATION
FOR AUTHORS
Potential contributions
should be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief for distribution to the
relevant Editor and referees. Electronic submission by e-mail is
preferred in the format outlined below. Each paper is to have an
abstract of less than 200 words. The e-mail is to include the title
of the paper, the abstract, as well as the author's name, address,
phone and fax numbers and e-mail address. Papers are to be less
than four typeset pages. Longer papers are acceptable with permission
from the Editor-in-Chief, although authors may be required to pay
an excessive page length charge if they cannot achieve the four-page
limit.
An electronic
copy of the paper and any illustrations is to be attached to an
e-mail. Submissions may be made on 3.5 inch diskette or CD if e-mail
is not available. Microsoft Word (Office 2000 or less) is preferred
for text and Microsoft PowerPoint (Office 2000 or less) is preferred
for illustrations. A Microsoft Word template is available for download
or is available by e-mail from the Editor-in-Chief.
Papers are to be prepared using font Times New Roman in 10-point
type. Superscripts and subscripts are to be displaced by 3-point
and are to be in 8-point type.
Illustrations
should be kept to a minimum. All line drawings and photographs are
to be in black and white. Letters on drawings and graphs are to
be in Times New Roman and are to be large enough to be legible when
reduced to one-column width. Authors are to include the illustrations
in the electronic copy of the paper before submission. If colour
illustrations are required, authors will be required to pay an excess
charge for each page that requires colour.
Page proofs will be sent to the principal author just before publication.
Typographical errors are to be amended and the proofs returned within
24 hours. Major changes to the manuscript will not be allowed at
that stage.

brackets and included at the end of the paper in the following style:
